These new homes will start in the high $300,000s and average $450,000, which is $100,000 below the median home price in San Marcos.
In addition, more than $2 Million will be paid towards the City’s affordable housing program.
The plan also exceeds parking requirements and provides a new connection to the Discovery/South Lake Trail System.
